Elemental Shrine

This shrine is a two bladed knife; it chooses at random two elements, X and Y. You will become very gifted with element X, granting you a bonus spell level to spells of that element every time you level up from now on. The payment, however, is that you lose your connection to another element Y. Spells from this element will have their spell levels decreased every time you level up. It is possible for Y to be 'magic' and thus many spells will become unavailable to you! (Spell levels will not be lowered if you currently have only a single spell level for that particular spell, so you will not lose your ability to cast it).

• This shrine is best left alone unless you are a low level character who hasn't learned many spells yet, otherwise you might end up losing your most favorite spells!
