This shrine will remove 5% resistance to everything, but gives you a free level up in return.

[edit] Tips

• It will not grant you any experience beyond that one level, so if you want to use it, use it just after you leveled up to get the maximum effect.

• Of course this is only sane if you are already at such a high level that it takes ages to level up, otherwise it isn't worth it.
