Effect: While infected your physical resistance is reduced by 50%. In addition if a creature dies while under this effect a parasite may emerge to infect another.

• Another source of infection is the Infection spell. In this case the physical resistance reduction may even be more severe, depending on the spell level of the spell and a parasite may be guaranteed to emerge.
