Shrines

There are many different types of shrines in the game and each of them bestows a unique effect on the player if he chooses to pick it up. Keep in mind though that the effects of some shrines are detrimental to your success! Only player characters may use shrines.

Remember that you can avoid picking a shrine up by switching autopickup off or by jumping over them.
